  • Grew Facebook Page likes by 30% in addition to increasing fan and event page engagement

  • Established and maintained lasting relationships with food trucks; daily correspondence in relation to upcoming festivals, business needs and other opportunities

  • Doubled the amount of scheduled festivals from one year to the next

  • Worked with various municipal offices to ensure event and food vendors were compliant with all local regulations

  • Managed all logistical aspects including site plans, budgets, health inspections while balancing the needs of a dozen vendors and sponsors, and at least 20 food trucks per event

  • Oversaw the organization and execution of the first three festivals outside of New England, growing the company to a national events agency
